For breakfast this morning, I decided to go all out and see what American breakfast food was like in Korea. Well... maybe not quite *all out*.
Location : 커피쿡 대전정부청사점 (Coffee Cook - Daejeon Government Complex)
Menu Items: 크로칸슈3종 (쇼콜라) + 1인실속 set (초코 라떼 hot, 생크림 팬케이크, 연하게 (1샷만))
달게 + 크랜베리 스콘 + 뚱카롱 4종 (라즈베리) (3 kinds of croquant chou (chocolate) + single set of (chocolate latte hot, whipped cream pancakes, soft (1 shot only), sweet) + cranberry scone + 4 kinds of fat-caroon (raspberry))
Cost : ₩4,300 (+₩500 for chocolate) + ₩7,900 (+₩1,000 for hot latte) + ₩2,500 + ₩2,500 + ₩1,900 (delivery)
Thoughts : I saved the fat-caroon (fat macaroon) for later. The pancakes were quite fluffy and a little bit crumbly almost. The chocolate chou was filled with a lightly icy chocolate ice cream. As it got warm, it slightly sogged the bottom of the pastry. The toppings were whipped cream, chocolate, maple syrup, and caramel. The latte was good. The cranberry scone though... about as dry as they come.
Later in the afternoon, I demolished the mini loaf of cream bread I got the other day.
