Today's breakfast would consist of some cereal with milk and dried raspberries I got at DTW airport.

For lunch I decided on the next place on the list that my HR contact suggested. It was described and translated as "a meeting of sweet potato mamus and 100% mozzarella cheese (handmade pork cutlet made at the store)". So I wasn't really sure what to expect.

Let's see that closer

Most tire developers at this point are wondering, what does that cut-section look like. Well, I'm happy to oblige. (I have some room for cut-section improvements, but I think you can see enough to get the picture)

Location : 감성키친 서구점 (Emotional Kitchen - Seogu)

Menu Items : 수제고구마통치즈 돈까스 2p + 미니만두 8p 추가 (Homemade Sweet Potato Whole Cheese Pork Cutlet 2p + 8p mini dumplings added on)

Cost : ₩11,000 + ₩2,500 + ₩5,000 (delivery)

Thoughts : Well, this one was quite different from anything I've ever had before. It was really good. I would totally get it again. The outer layer of panko was crispy and golden. The next inner layer was apparently pork, but it was almost the texture of McDonald's chicken nuggets. That was in the shape of a boat and inside the boat was stretchy, chewy mozzarella cheese. Piped on top was a mashed sweet potato mixture. It was quite the bold color and had a very unique flavor combination. I really liked it, but after a few you could feel the grease. It reminded me of something you should be able to get at the Wayne County fair. The baby dumplings were good, but maybe a little on the cold and soggy side.

I went down the list of suggestions for my supper. Next was a chicken and noodle meal, but probably not how you would imagine it.

Menu Items : 한마리찜닭 (까만/빨간) (Steamed Chicken (Black/red)

Selections: 순살, 까만찜닭, 2단계(순한맛), & 둥근당면(Boneless, Black Steamed Chicken, Stage 2 spice (mild taste), & round vermicelli

Cost : ₩21,800 + ₩2,000 + ₩5,000 (delivery)

Thoughts : This meal was way bigger than I expected. It was quite warm when it arrived which made the spice a little worse. Overall the spice was about perfect. It maybe a little less then it'd be great. The chicken was very juicy and tender, the potatoes were soft and the noodles were very stretchy and almost impossible to chew up; half the time they'd take a few swallows to go down hole. They're very slippery and stretchy, so a mouthful is almost dangerous to eat. There was also little rice cake looking things in this too. They were soft and chewy. quite good. In the middle was a whole hard boiled egg. The meal also came with a Pepsi. It tasted exactly the same too. On the side it came with some packets of something, a bowl of what looked like seaweed soup and then this box of pink crunchy things (I believe they call them something like steamed chicken radishes). They were ok even though they look like they were soaked in VW coolant. I probably had a little over half of this meal left by the time I was full. I packed it away for tomorrow.
